Please note:

All furniture items must be empty prior to the move.
All items that require dismantling must be dismantled.
Any items that need to be unplumbed or electrically disconnected must be attended to by yourself or your contractor.
We do not move loose goods – everything must be packed in sealed cartons.
We do not move black bags or similar packaging.
Our staff are not allowed to accept unwanted goods, and we do not dispose of or dump items.
Insurance is excluded.
Please make sure you have your keys, remotes, ID documents, etc. easily accessible.
